Starfleet was a fictional space navy from the Star Trek franchise, which was first seen on television in 1966.
The Constitution class starship that was a heavy cruiser known as the USS Enterprise was a Starfleet vessel.
Known Starfleet Officers
- Captain James T. Kirk: Later promoted to admiral, he was the commanding officer of the USS Enterprise, originally from Iowa on Earth.
- Commander Spock: The Vulcan/Human hybrid of the series. He was later promoted to captain, and he served as both the first officer and chief science officer of the USS Enterprise.
- Doctor Leonard "Bones" McCoy: A southern country doctor that served as the USS Enterprise's chief medical officer.
- Lieutenant Commander Montgomery "Scotty" Scott: A Scottish engineer that served as the chief engineering officer on the USS Enterprise.
- Lieutenant junior grade Saavik: A Vulcan that served aboard the USS Enterprise during the 2280s.

Real World
Spock and James T. Kirk.[2]
On this Earth, or at least on a very similar one; in 2024, a promotional video for MeTV and MeTV Toons featured an image of Starfleet members Spock and James T. Kirk, among various characters.[3]
