In most sports, the person or team with the most points was the winner of the game. The English word point could also refer to the sharp end of a knife or something similar.

In fact, the meaning of point had several different meanings depending on its' use. All instances when point was used, despite its' meaning should be shown here.

History

Earth 1956

When Toyman trapped Black Vulcan, Wonder Woman and Hawkman on his Planet of Toy Traps, they found themselves in a giant pinball machine, and Toyman was able to score one thousand points.[3]
