LexCorp was a major corporation that was headquartered in the city of Metropolis.
It was managed and owned by Lex Luthor, the CEO, who was in reality a corrupt businessman.

Earth 1956
LexCorp apparently didn't exist on this Earth, because in this reality, he was an infamous mad scientist and supervillain, and he therefore didn't have the freedom to own such a corporation.
Owning a major corporation such as LexCorp meant he had to have considerable respect from the public, and this wasn't the case on this Earth, for in the public eye, he was nothing more than a supercriminal and terrorist in the Legion of Doom.
