A judge was someone who had authority over court proceedings, a key function of a legal system.

History

Earth 1956

The Raven's Judge sentenced him to incarceration in Gateview Prison, due to his crime of attempting to jar the Earth from its' axis.[2]

At the trial known as Raven v. Superman, the Raven served as the prosecution and the judge.[3]
